April is Alcohol Awareness month, a cause that is near and dear to our hearts at Damask Haus.

Approximately 100,000 Americans die each year from alcohol related causes, making it the country’s third most preventable cause of death, according to the 2019 National Survey on Drug Use and Health. Since the pandemic began alcohol related deaths have increased nearly 25%. Alcohol abuse also increases the risks of numerous cancers. The more people understand the effects of irresponsible alcohol use the fewer people will experience the devastating losses and consequences it can have. But there is hope...

Hope is essential in recovery: that a brighter day and better life will be waiting on the other side after facing an addiction. Sometimes it's the only force that keeps you going so we hold on to it for dear life. 

Our "Hope" perfume is a slightly spicy white floral balanced with green and earthy undertones. It is complex, just like hope and recovery. The 15ml and 1oz sizes of this perfume contain purple (the color of recovery) eco-friendly, non-staining mica shimmer/glitter.  Smaller sizes do not contain shimmer/glitter. Glitter may be omitted by request.

All profits from this perfume during the month of April will be donated to a recovery charity.  For 2022 we have chosen The Dry Dock of Tarpon Springs, FL.
