FAQ, Shipping & Policies

We offer multiple size bottles for each fragrance.  Oil versions of most of the fragrances are available in 30ml dropper bottle as well.

Alcohol perfumes bottles:

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept refunds or exchanges.  If you need to correct a new order where a scent was selected in error please email us at support@damaskhaus.com. As long as we haven't already processed your order corrections may be made.

While we test all our products and stand by their quality we recommend doing a small patch skin test on yourself before slathering on a new scent (though we totally understand the urge).  Each person has different skin chemistry/sensitivities as well as scent preferences.  This is among the reasons we suggest a small area test and do not offer refunds.

We currently offer domestic and Canada shipping via USPS Ground to the shipping address submitted with each order. While alcohol based products cannot be shipped out of the US, we are happy to ship Damask Haus' oil-based perfumes to our friends outside the US in Canada. If we receive an Canadian order request for EDP we will substitute IPM (isopropyl myristate) for alcohol to comply with regulations. 

US Shipping & Handling Rates:  

  • $5 USPS Average 3-5 days travel time.  
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Canada Shipping & Handling Rates:

  • $15 Flat rate - First Class Int'l.
  • Free shipping on orders over $150
  • We will always use USPS to ship to Canada to avoid buyer import/brokerage fees other carriers require.

International Shipping: We are unable to ship to the EU/UK at this time.
