Storge (στοργή): Storge is familial love, particularly the affectionate, protective bond between parents and children, or between siblings. Storge refers to the natural, instinctual bond and affection that exists between family members. This type of love is often associated with the love between parents and children, siblings, or other close relatives. It is characterized by a deep, unconditional affection that is rooted in shared experiences, familial ties, and a sense of belonging. Unlike some other forms of love, storge doesn't necessarily rely on intense passion but rather on a steady and enduring connection within the family unit.
